Cabanyal is one of the neighborhoods in Valencia that lies directly on the sea, near the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This district is an old fishing district and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. This district has been Cultural Heritage since 1993.

Within walking distance of Maritim metro station, for easy transport to and from the airport as well as to the city centre.

The flat is in a building with permanent residents. As a result, parties or noise pollution are prohibited. Violation of this will immediately lead to termination of the rent. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00.
